Busy Bees

Rockville, MD

Busy Bee Daycare, opening within the historic church at 101 W. Jefferson Street, is undergoing site and landscaping improvements to accommodate its new use. Our site plan includes a 1,500 sq. ft. playground, the installation of a 5-foot sidewalk along South Adams Street, and the reconfiguration of parking spaces. The landscaping plan replaces mature trees, introduces new plantings around the parking lot, and integrates grass strips to enhance both functionality and aesthetics, aligning with city requirements and historical preservation standards.
